MRM as seen by the Baan User
•The user selects a MRM device in Baan.
•i.e. Instead of selecting 'D' (Display) or 'P' (local printer), the user simply selects a device called 'RM' (or any other device name that you assign to MRM)
•The report is produced by Baan in text format
•The text report is picked by MRM running in server mode, and processed
•Note that no software needs to be installed locally on the user's PC

•You can add your own fields and Labels, for example as footer text as shown below
•Using macro, you can derive field values from Baan values

•The PDF destination folder is based on information from the report itself
•For example C:\Draka\Archive[year]\com[compno]\invoice_[invoice.no].pdf
•[year] [compno] and [invoice.no] are typical variables you can fetch from the report.

Permanent Attachment to PDF
•Free text can be added as a final page to the printed Baan document
•For example, terms and conditions can be appended to a printed invoice
